Welcome to the Instituut voor Human Design in the Netherlands and Flanders
- Spread the knowledge of Human design in the form of courses and conferences for beginners in Human Design and advanced students in Dutch ( where possible).
- To educate and Certify Human Design Professionals (Guides and Analysts) according to the standards and norms of the International Human Design School (IHDS) and Jovian Archive, Corporation.
- To support and stimulate the growing Human Design Community of people interested in Human Design, individuals, families students and professionals in the dutch speaking region.
- Work with the International Human Design community and coordinate International Human Design events and conferences in the Dutch speaking area.
This website gives general information about the Human design System, and explains what this system can mean to you as an individual and in your environment, and how you can use and apply this system in your own life.
Furthermore, we have a list of activities, courses and links to the dutch speaking community and the international community.
WHAT IS THE HUMAN DESIGN SYSTEM?
Human Design is about decision-making. It can show you how to consistently make the right choices in your life. It is a way of allowing your body's intelligence to guide you. Making decisions based on what is fixed and reliable in you as opposed to making decisions from your mind. The mind is always influenced by the outside conditioning and propaganda and doesn't reflect your uniqueness. It can show you how to live not according to rules, advice and opinions of others, but as an original human being, as yourself.
Human Design uses your birth time and place to calculate your personal Human Design chart. In this calculation, the positions of Sun, Moon and planets at the time of your birth play an important role. Astrology also uses the birth time and place to generate your natal chart, but it interprets the data differently – and Human Design is not astrology.
Human Design is a logical, easily understood system that requires no beliefs. It offers a unique approach to spirituality - one that talks about things like definition, inner mechanics, correctness, differentiation and inner authority. This language can seem a bit technical at first glance, but underneath is the opportunity for a profound life changing transformation that brings about self-acceptance and self-love.

Four Types of Human Beings and their Strategy
The Human Design System groups people into 4 specific types:
Manifestors, Generators, Projectors and Reflectors.
The main difference between each type is in their aura. Although there are endless variations within each type (and within our genetics), each type has a specific auric quality that determines its strategy - a correct way of approaching and navigating life.
Strategy and authority are two key elements of the Human Design System – and all you really need to know to live a fulfilling life free from resistance. We are objects moving in space. Just like a street car when driven off the road, we too encounter problems and resistance when we don't respect our unique nature.
